An opportunity exists for a qualified Motor Vehicle Technician with at least 2 years experience who is performance-driven, focused on doing the job right the first time and has a passion for customer service.
The successful candidate should have fault finding and diagnostic ability, experience in the use of electronic fault finding equipment and have practical knowledge and understanding of electronics and electrical systems.

The Land Rover and Jaguar brands have an exciting opportunity for a Qualified Motor Technician (preferably with Master Technician Level training) at the East London dealership.
Manufacturer training provided – international accreditation and latest technologies.
Must have experience in diagnosing, servicing, repairing motor vehicles, and able to meet productivity targets.
Requirements: Trade test, 6 years working at franchise dealership, Jaguar Land Rover experience preferable, valid Driver’s licence, proven track record.

Due to phenomenal growth and exciting new brands, an opportunity exists for a hardworking and responsible Sales Executive for new vehicle sales. This position will suit an ambitious and self-motivated Sales achiever who has at least 3 years working in a target driven and commission based role.
NEW VEHCILE SALES MANAGER
An experienced leader in Motor retailing with strong organizational skills and an excellent track record is required. A minimum of 5 years’ experience together with good business acumen to maximize profitability, maintain high levels of Customer satisfaction and ability to manage staff effectively are essential.
VEHICLE SALES MANGER
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maximise return on investment
- Meet sales KPi’s through customer satisfaction and retention to meet sales targets
- Develop and manage the sales organization to achieve sales and profitability objectives
- Ensure optimal stock levels of new vehicles
- Adhere to budgets and control expenses
- Develop and implement sales growth strategies
- Motivate and lead the sales team to achieve company and OEM targets
- Set and monitor individual sales targets and performance metrics
- Monitor all customer contacts, leads, and follow-ups to ensure conversion
- Maintain and enhance customer satisfaction levels
- Assist in formulating and implementing department policies
- Manage the relationship between the dealership and OEM
- Manage OEM scorecards and required monthly reports.
- Manage assets to company standards
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and performance standards
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Matric and tertiary qualification in Business Management or Sales
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the Motor retail industry, with at least 3 years at a high level
- Proven track record in achieving sales
- Knowledge of new and used vehicle sales
- Strong financial acumen and ability to negotiate effectively
- Experience managing budgets and control costs
- Maintain highest level of Customer Satisfaction and ensure complaints resolved promptly
- Experience in dealing with the OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer)
- Excellent skills to manage, lead and mentor staff
- Have a high level of Emotional Intelligence
- Computer literate with experience in DMS systems and Microsoft Office package
- Valid driver’s license
